Why can't I pick-up my part?

There are three main reasons why you would not be able to pick-up your part at a local store:
  • We do not operate a "Brick and Mortar" store we concentrate our efforts on servicing the world via the internet
  • While we are more that happy to sell parts to anyone we sell primarily B2B and make deliveries in the Dallas Ft Worth Metroplex.  If you are in the area ask we may be able to provide delivery options on large items
  • We have found in most cases we can ship your item to you quicker and more economically
We will however go out of our way to ensure you have a pleasant buying experience.  We built this business on customer service and we value every single customer.   We want to earn your business and once you have purchased from us we are confident you will make us your first choice for motorcycle parts.

What is your delivery area?

We currently deliver to any address in the United States, including APOs, FPOs . Next day service is available to any of these destinations. We have also shipped items all over the globe.  Need that Aprilia part in New Zealand? Rubber Side Up says "No Problem" need a bit for your Blade in London?  Rubber Side Up will get you back on the road in no time. 

Can I pay by check?

We currently do not accept checks. Paypal is our preferred method of payment.  We will entertain other payment types but in general parts wont ship until payment clears

Can I order items COD?

No. We do not allow COD orders..

How do I track my order?

Rubber Side Up will email you a tracking number when your order ships.  You will have the ability to track your item from there.  

How do I modify an order?

An order can be modified if the tracking number has not been issued.  Please call us immediately as we ship orders very fast and orders are going out the same day in many cases.

Shipping Information

 

We ship most items via USPS priority or UPS unless otherwise noted in the listing.  Generally smaller items will be shipped out USPS priority and large items like forks, frames and wheels usually ship UPS.  We ship Engines and other large parts via common carrier (LTL).  We ship items everyday Monday-Friday and we are quick to package and ship your item.  All of our parts come carefully and properly packaged.  We will often disassemble large items like forks to properly ship and protect your item. We also combine shipping on multiple items.

 

International Shipping

YES! Rubber Side Up is happy to do international shipments.  We use USPS priority mail on our international shipments.  Most of the time we list shipping cost for international transactions so check there first.  If it is not listed please feel free to contact us for a freight quote.  Please do so BEFORE you bid or buy our item.   We do not ship engines or other LTL items international.  Sorry all but if it’s too big and heavy for USPS we need to sell it here in the States.

 
 
 
Payment Terms and Information
 

Payment is due within 4 days of auctions end. Please do not bid if you can not meet this requirement. ebaY auctions are legal & binding contracts. Please read the entire auction carefully before bidding. By bidding you are agreeing to all terms & conditions described within.

 

 

All items must be paid in full within 4 days of auction end.  If we have not received payment or had mutual communication within 4 days we will bring the item to ebaY for non-pay resolution.  We have to do this in order to receive credit for the listing that you didn’t pay for and we will relist the auction to find the part a good home.  Please make sure you want the item BEFORE you bid or buy.  We accept PayPal for payment unless otherwise noted in the auction listing. For any and all other forms of payment please contact me prior to bidding.   All Texas residents are required to pay 8.25% state sales tax sorry folks but the Governor want his share as well!  So please wait for invoice before paying.  So please wait for invoice before paying.

 

 

Feedback Policy

 

Feedback is very important to the eBay community! Please leave positive feedback once you have received your item and you are satisfied. The same will be done in return.
